Job Overview

We are looking for a sharp, detail-focused Supply Chain Analyst to support supply chain performance across procurement, logistics, inventory, and day-to-day operations in New Zealand. In this full-time onsite role, you will work with data, identify opportunities to improve processes, and help the business run more efficiently.

What You Will Do

  • Review supply chain data and turn it into clear reports for management.
  • Keep an eye on stock levels and suggest better ways to manage inventory.
  • Support forecasting, demand planning, and wider supply chain improvement efforts.
  • Measure and monitor KPIs connected to procurement, logistics, and distribution.
  • Spot patterns, bottlenecks, and possible cost reductions across the supply chain.
  • Work closely with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to strengthen operational results.
  • Help build and maintain analytical models and supply chain tools.
  • Make sure data stays accurate and that reporting systems and databases are kept up to date.
  • Contribute to process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Prepare presentations and recommendations based on your analysis.

What We Are Looking For

  • A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Operations Management, Economics, or a similar discipline.
  • Prior exposure to supply chain analysis, logistics, procurement, inventory control, or a comparable function is preferred.
  • Strong analytical thinking and a practical approach to solving problems.
  • Good command of Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Experience using ERP platforms and supply chain software will be an advantage.
  • Clear communication and solid organizational skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a busy, fast-moving environment.
  • You must be legally permitted to work in New Zealand.
