Job description
About the Role
This position is focused on expanding truck supply and supporting day-to-day operations for BlackBuck’s commission-based truck placement business in the assigned area. The role combines field acquisition, relationship management, and achievement of business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and onboard truck owners and transporters within the assigned territory.
- Identify prospects and generate fresh business leads.
- Visit markets and field locations on a daily basis to support acquisition efforts.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and transport partners.
- Work toward monthly and daily sales targets.
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in field sales or acquisition is preferred.
- Must be comfortable working outdoors and visiting locations regularly.
- Bike ownership is mandatory for the role.
- Proficiency in Kannada and Hindi is required.
