Supervisor/Incharge - Car Cleaning and Detailing

Job Overview

We are seeking a Supervisor/Incharge to lead our car cleaning and detailing team, ensuring premium quality services are consistently delivered. This role involves managing daily operations, fostering a positive customer experience, and maintaining operational discipline.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee the car cleaning and detailing team to guarantee service excellence aligned with premium standards.
• Manage daily activities at the site, ensuring workflows proceed smoothly.
• Provide outstanding customer service, focusing on premium membership clientele satisfaction.
• Keep the work area clean, safe, and well-organized, enforcing discipline and efficiency.
• Drive, handle, and park high-end, automatic luxury vehicles with utmost care.
• Track team attendance, grooming standards, productivity, and overall performance.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with management and prepare daily operational reports and updates.
• Adhere to company SOPs and maintain safety protocols consistently.

Requirements

• Possession of a valid driving license is mandatory.
• Confident driving skills specifically with automatic and luxury vehicles.
• Prior experience in supervisory roles such as Supervisor, Team Leader, Site Incharge, or experience within car detailing or car wash operations is desirable.
• Strong leadership abilities combined with effective communication and team management skills.
• Professional attitude with a strong customer-focus approach.
• Preparedness to work in a field-based operational environment.

Compensation

The monthly salary ranges between ₹18,000 and ₹25,000, depending on expertise and skill set.
