Position Overview
We are seeking passionate individuals who love pizza—and pasta, too—to join us as Supervisors at our Bristol location. As a Supervisor, you will collaborate closely with the General Manager and Assistant Manager to deliver outstanding customer experiences while supporting safe and efficient restaurant operations. Role Responsibilities
- Manage shifts proficiently, overseeing both front and back of house teams to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Embed the core principles of our customer service journey, coaching your team to provide every customer with an exceptional experience consistently.
- Lead the Front of House team with enthusiasm to create memorable moments for patrons.
- Demonstrate passion for our cuisine by ensuring each dish served during your shift meets high standards.
- Maintain outstanding restaurant presentation and consistently adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Collaborate with all team members in pursuit of memorable customer experiences and take pride in delivering excellent service.
