Role Overview
This position is with an electrical products manufacturing business that makes items such as switchboards, panels, meters, starters, capacitors, kitkats, fuses, and related components. The company is looking for a supervisor/incharge to manage shop-floor assembly work and support worker productivity.
What the Job Involves
The selected person will oversee assembly workers, guide day-to-day production activity, and help maintain smooth execution on the floor. The role calls for someone who can work practically, think quickly, and understand basic engineering concepts.
Skill Requirements
