Supervisor, Field Service

Overview

This role involves leading a team of technicians based in Auckland who provide high-quality service, support, and preventative maintenance across New Zealand. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a team of up to three technicians servicing accounts nationwide.
• Set, assess, and drive team KPIs to achieve targeted results.
• Operate effectively in diverse manufacturing environments while supporting an autonomous workspace.
• Maintain adaptability and flexibility as part of a broader regional service team.
• Travel as required to support service operations across New Zealand.

• Knowledge of fluid processing systems, including mechanical and controls aspects, is advantageous.
