Accountabilities

Hold initial discussions with potential participants to understand their objectives, needs, and whether the program is the right fit.
Support individuals through a structured onboarding and information-sharing process using defined frameworks.
Develop and sustain professional relationships built on trust throughout the participant journey.
Take part in ongoing coaching, leadership, and personal development training to strengthen effectiveness over time.
Work independently from a remote setup while adhering to established operating processes and guidelines.
Communicate with clarity and professionalism in every interaction to maintain a strong client experience.
Contribute to a positive, growth-focused team environment through self-directed learning and engagement.

Requirements

At least 10 years of professional background in business, coaching, leadership, consulting, sales, education, or a similar area.
Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
Demonstrated ability to work alone and manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
Strong personal drive, discipline, and accountability.
A constructive, growth-oriented outlook and genuine interest in ongoing personal and professional development.
Comfort using digital tools, online platforms, and basic computer software.
Availability for at least 10 to 15 hours per week in a flexible arrangement.
A dependable internet connection and an appropriate workspace.
Willingness to follow structured systems while continuing to learn and improve.
