About the Role
We are seeking a proficient Subject Matter Expert (SME) in operations with a strong focus on Accounts Receivable (AR) and Denials Management in the hospital billing domain. The position is based in Hyderabad and requires working from office with flexible night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the go-to specialist for AR and Denials processes within hospital billing.
- Provide on-floor assistance, resolving complex operational issues and escalations.
- Coach team members regarding workflows, recent updates, and best practice methodologies.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure achievement of productivity goals.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for enhancement.
- Lead initiatives to improve process efficiency and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Assist in knowledge transfer, facilitating process transitions, and maintaining documentation.
- Maintain compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and client stipulations.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduation in any discipline.
- At least 4 years of experience specializing in AR and Denials within hospital billing.
- Comprehensive knowledge of revenue cycle management (RCM) operations.
- Hands-on experience managing daily operations and implementing process enhancements.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to work from office and adaptable to night shift schedules.
Preferred Experience
- Previous roles as SME or Team Lead in healthcare operations.
- Experience driving team performance and preparing operational reports.
