Subject Matter Expert - Hindi

Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Subject Matter Expert specialized in Hindi to join our team in Thane. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in teaching and content creation for Hindi language courses targeting grades 3-8, relevant to multiple educational boards including CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE, and various State Boards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop original, grade-specific Hindi content for digital quizzes, courses, and simulations in alignment with diverse textbooks and educational curricula.
• Create accurate, plagiarism-free questions with appropriate options linked to defined learning objectives.
• Select and modify relevant visual aids such as images and 3D assets, coordinating with graphic artists to ensure visual materials meet cartridge specifications.
• Maintain and update storyboards and standard content tools incorporating reviewer feedback and latest changes.
• Review and approve final integrated educational products for quality and relevance.
• Design assignments and assessments suited to different learner levels.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and education game development teams to create engaging and effective course content.
• Continuously update subject expertise and adapt to evolving educational policies like the NEP.
• Produce learning content samples to showcase proof of concept and stay informed on recent trends and best practices in learning technologies.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Master's degree, preferably in Hindi from a reputed institution.
• 10-12 years of relevant teaching and content development experience in Hindi for grades 3-8.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English communication.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications.
• Understanding of varied learning styles and assessment methodologies.
• Expertise in lesson and curriculum planning.
• Experience working across diverse industries, domains, and educational subjects.

Eligibility

Candidates holding a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hindi or any graduate degree are eligible to apply.
