Role Summary

We are seeking an on-site Stylist to join our Kildare store on a contractual basis. The Stylist’s primary duties involve greeting and actively engaging customers, delivering tailored styling advice, and recommending products that align with AllSaints’ visual and customer-focused principles. Responsibilities also include ensuring the visual merchandising and store presentation standards are upheld, supporting inventory replenishment, maintaining tidy fitting rooms, performing sales transactions, addressing customer inquiries, and aiding store promotional events.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to offer expert style guidance and foster a welcoming shopping environment.
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards on the sales floor, including garment care and presentation.
• Assist in stock replenishment and ensure fitting rooms remain clean and inviting.
• Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash with care.
• Collaborate effectively with the store team to achieve sales targets and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Support store events and promotions as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service aligned with the inclusive and professional values of AllSaints.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven customer service and communication skills adept at building customer rapport.
• Experience in fashion retail or a comparable client-facing role, with knowledge of current trends and brand-specific styling preferred.
• Strong attention to detail regarding visual merchandising and store upkeep.
• Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented, fast-moving retail environment.
• Competency in sales, including use of point-of-sale systems and meeting individual and store goals.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Professional and inclusive demeanor that resonates with the company’s brand ethos.
• Prior styling experience and familiarity with AllSaints products is beneficial but not required.
