Job Overview

The Studio Stylist position is pivotal in ensuring smooth shoot days by pre-styling the clothing rails and obtaining approvals before shoots commence. You will collaborate closely with in-house stylists, photographers, and creative team members across both in-studio and on-location shoots, handling ecommerce and campaign projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and assemble outfits for ecommerce and campaign shoots.
• Source and organize garments and accessories effectively.
• Keep the styling kit and wardrobe orderly and well-maintained.
• Work with the team to ensure all images conform to brand standards.
• Align styling efforts with the brand's creative vision in coordination with the studio team.
• Prepare comparative shop analyses (Comp Shops) to stay ahead of competition and update relevant teams.
• Ready garments for photo sessions and assist in dressing models during shoots.
• Maintain an orderly and efficient workspace for styling activities.
• Coordinate with the buying team to communicate what styles are performing well in sales.
• Stay updated on current fashion trends and seasonal styles.
• Provide administrative assistance to the styling team as needed.
• Create and suggest outfits and accessories tailored to customers’ individual style preferences.
• Ensure all garments planned for the day's shoot are captured effectively.
• Engage in collaborative sessions to generate new ideas and concepts for shoots.
• Attend both full and smaller team meetings for updates and approvals.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be a passionate and fashion-forward stylist experienced across ecommerce and campaigns.
• At least 2 years of on-set styling experience is required.
• Proven ecommerce styling background.
• Able to meet shoot targets of approximately 60 looks per day.
• Experienced in styling both male and female fashion shoots.
