Job Summary
This part-time role is for a member service team position at an upscale wellness studio in Wyckoff, New Jersey. The studio is seeking upbeat, confident, and goal-driven people who enjoy interacting with others, pay attention to detail, and are passionate about health and wellness.

Responsibilities
- Reset sauna rooms promptly after each guest leaves, making sure the space is cleaned and prepared for the next booking
- Handle towel deliveries and maintain the cold towel routine
- Assemble towel sets and keep them available for guests
- Greet visitors warmly and professionally
- Assist sales staff with a variety of front-of-house and back-of-house tasks, including support with sales activity
- Answer guest questions and lead introductory studio tours for new visitors
Qualifications
- Strong interest in encouraging positivity and delivering high-quality service
- Reliable team-oriented mindset
- Proven record of good attendance and customer service experience
- Availability during evenings and weekends
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage
