Role Overview

This position is for a driven, people-oriented Student Success & Growth Executive who will work on global outreach. The job blends relationship management, student support, community engagement, and business development.

The core of the role is to find potential students, start authentic conversations on social and online platforms, understand their academic goals, and remain their dependable contact throughout their university experience. The focus is on trust and value creation rather than hard selling.

Global Student Outreach

  • Reach out to students around the world through Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Reddit, Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp, and university communities.
  • Spot students who could benefit from academic assistance.
  • Start conversations in a natural and respectful manner.
  • Develop rapport before introducing services.

Relationship Management

  • Learn about each student’s academic path, concerns, and goals.
  • Stay in touch regularly and consistently.
  • Offer timely guidance and follow-up support.
  • Maintain the relationship beyond a single assignment or project.
  • Build long-term trust that can lead to repeat engagement and referrals.

Student Success

  • Direct students to the right support and resources.
  • Work closely with internal academic specialists.
  • Keep communication clear between students and the internal team.
  • Handle concerns quickly and professionally.
  • Track student satisfaction and gather feedback.

Business Development

  • Create strong leads through networking and relationship-driven outreach.
  • Find opportunities to grow the company’s global student community.
  • Encourage referrals by delivering excellent service.
  • Suggest ideas to improve outreach, engagement, and retention.

Community Building

The role also involves helping build a supportive student community by sharing academic guidance, supporting students during stressful times, encouraging open communication, and strengthening a positive and trustworthy presence across digital platforms.
