Role overview
SwiftAI Recruit is running a nationwide hiring push for Lincoln University Nigeria to appoint a large pool of Student Recruitment Specialists. The role is focused on promoting career-oriented, practical academic programs, creating a strong flow of prospective students, and contributing directly to enrollment growth for upcoming academic sessions.
This position is results-focused and suits someone who is persuasive, energetic, and comfortable working with outreach, marketing, and admissions conversations. The assignment is based in Abuja, Federal Capital Territory, Nigeria, with nationwide recruiting activity across Nigeria.
Compensation
The package includes a competitive base pay together with performance-linked incentives tied to student enrollments.
Key responsibilities
- Reach out to large numbers of prospective students through direct outreach, field campaigns, and digital channels.
- Support applicants and their families by explaining programs, learning approach, and likely career outcomes.
- Develop and sustain referral and recruitment channels through relationships with secondary schools, vocational institutions, community leaders, and corporate partners.
- Organize and run school visits, information sessions, career presentations, and open-day activities.
- Consistently work toward weekly and monthly enrollment goals.
Required profile
- Between 1 and 3 years of experience in sales, business development, direct marketing, or student recruitment.
- Excellent spoken and written English, with the confidence to present publicly and influence audiences.
- Strong relationship-building ability and a natural talent for turning interest into confirmed registrations.
- Comfort using Excel, Google Sheets, or simple CRM tools to track large applicant pipelines.
- Highly self-motivated, resilient, and able to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred background
- Experience with admissions processes, customer support, or education consulting is an advantage.
- Existing connections in secondary schools, youth groups, or community-based organizations are helpful.
