About the Role
Crimson Global Academy is an online school delivering live classes and real-time learning to motivated students across the world. The organisation serves more than 1,000 students from 65 countries and aims to help learners reach their full potential and build exceptional futures. This opening is for a Student Experience Associate who will support CGA students and parents, mainly in New Zealand, by delivering responsive, personalised service and helping ensure a smooth student journey.
Role Overview
This position focuses on relationship management, student and parent assistance, and day-to-day operational support. It calls for someone who communicates clearly, solves problems proactively, and can manage a range of administrative tasks while keeping the student experience high quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely support to students and parents, with a strong focus on their experience and satisfaction.
- Build trusting, long-term relationships with students and families.
- Handle communication across different stakeholders in a professional and personalised way.
- Take care of administrative work that supports student services and smooth operations.
- Work with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service outcomes.
What Success Looks Like
- Strong student satisfaction reflected in retention and NPS results.
- Quick and effective issue handling, with good response and resolution turnaround times.
Working Arrangements and Pay
This is a full-time role for 40 hours per week and can be performed fully remotely. Availability from 9:00am NZT is mandatory. The role operates in the Australian timezone, so you must be able to work 9:00am to 6:00pm AEST/AEDT. Compensation is 686,400 PHP per year.
