About the Role
New Help Line in Borivali, Mumbai is seeking a Student Coordinator Cum Admission Counselor responsible for managing student and parent interactions to facilitate admissions and ensure a seamless onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries from students and parents through phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and in-person visits.
- Understand various academic needs and guide students to appropriate tuition programs.
- Provide counseling about the admission process and associated services.
- Collaborate with teachers to coordinate call conferences, demo classes, and final student placement.
- Persistently follow up on inquiries to successfully convert potential students into admissions.
- Maintain comprehensive records including student data, admission paperwork, and daily reporting.
- Ensure the admission and onboarding workflow proceeds efficiently and smoothly.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduates are welcome to apply, including freshers.
- Proficient communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi.
- Basic computer proficiency, particularly with MS Office and Internet usage.
- Well-developed skills in communication, counseling, coordination, and organization.
