Job description

About Triomics

Triomics is developing the AI layer for contemporary oncology operations. In the U.S., cancer care organizations often depend on trained staff to manually sift through unstructured information such as pathology reports, clinical notes, genomic panels, and scanned faxes to support tasks like clinical trial matching, pre-visit preparation, and quality reporting. Triomics replaces that manual work with task-oriented AI agents that plug into clinical workflows and process medical records automatically at scale and in real time.

The platform is used by four of the top ten U.S. News Best Hospitals for Cancer, along with multiple large community oncology practices. The company has expanded 10x in the past year and now handles millions of oncology documents every month.

Role Overview

Triomics is seeking a strategic, first-principles operator to strengthen its go-to-market engine from end to end. The product is highly advanced; the growth motion needs a comparable rethink. This position carries broad ownership and is designed for someone who enjoys both designing systems and getting hands-on execution done. You will shape strategy, build operating infrastructure, run experiments, and track results with clear visibility into how the work drives more healthcare institutions and better patient outcomes.

You will work closely with company leadership and have room to identify the highest-leverage opportunities, then double down on the areas where you can create the most impact.

What You Will Do

  • Design and manage the GTM roadmap across the full funnel, including lead generation, verification, outreach cadence, response rates, and pipeline velocity, all aligned to company growth goals.
  • Define the KPIs that matter most, work to improve them, and ensure the team is accountable to those metrics.
  • Turn performance data into strategic decisions about which verticals to pursue, which motions to scale, and which approaches should be discontinued.
  • Help determine how time and resources are allocated first within growth and, over time, across the broader company.
  • Create, launch, evaluate, and refine both one-time and always-on outreach campaigns.
  • Own the data and workflows that make campaigns repeatable, using modern GTM and AI tooling, including the Clay orchestration layer.
  • Review and streamline the current stack of tools for lead generation, enrichment, email verification, sending, gifting, and calling into a more connected operating system.
  • Develop playbooks and scalable systems that can extend the GTM motion beyond any individual team member.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, vendors, and leadership to make sure the pipeline converts effectively.
  • Support the overall GTM motion, including live sales and renewal cycles for strategic accounts.

What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days

  • You have mapped the end-to-end GTM funnel, identified the most important gaps, and aligned leadership around a clear priority roadmap.
  • You have delivered measurable gains in campaign volume and quality, supported by data.
  • You have started simplifying the tooling stack and improved at least one core workflow.
  • You have built strong working relationships across sales, product, and leadership.
  • You are demonstrating real ownership by surfacing decisions, making calls, and communicating clearly when something is not working.

Ideal Background

Must-have experience and traits

  • At least 2 years of experience at a leading consulting firm, investment bank, venture or growth investor, or in a strategy, operations, or growth role at a fast-growing startup.
  • A first-principles problem solver who can reason from fundamentals across quantitative, qualitative, and interpersonal dimensions without needing a prebuilt playbook.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and rapid iteration; you are naturally inclined to build from scratch, move quickly, and find meaning in messy early-stage data.
  • Capable of operating at both strategic and hands-on levels, from shaping direction to writing emails or debugging workflows.
  • Strong analytical ability, structured thinking, and the skill to communicate insights and recommendations clearly.
  • A dependable teammate who takes responsibility for mistakes, communicates openly, and builds trust over time.

Preferred experience

  • Exposure to B2B or enterprise go-to-market work, sales operations, or growth functions.
  • Practical experience with modern GTM or automation tools such as Clay, outbound orchestration systems, enrichment tools, or CRM workflows.
  • Background in healthcare, life sciences, or another regulated industry.
  • Experience supporting or running live sales cycles.

Compensation

The role includes a competitive base salary, performance bonus, and equity.
