Our client is a rapidly expanding, well-financed B2B technology enterprise supported by prominent European and global investors, seeking talented professionals to join their Berlin team.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with senior leaders on critical strategic projects relating to growth, operational efficiency, and market entry strategies.
• Transform complex, cross-departmental challenges into clear, structured analyses accompanied by actionable recommendations and tangible deliverables.
• Develop data frameworks, analytical models, and insightful reports that influence decision-making at the executive and board levels.
• Manage and deliver special projects from problem definition through to final execution within a fast-paced organizational setting.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Possess 1 to 4 years of experience in elite, results-driven environments such as top consulting firms, mergers and acquisitions or investment banking, private equity or venture capital, or prominent scaleups.
• Demonstrate prior startup experience via internships or full-time positions, evidencing an ability to thrive with minimal structure in dynamic conditions.
• Exhibit excellent analytical capabilities combined with a strong preference for implementation and results rather than solely theoretical analysis.
• Show a strong sense of ownership and motivation to collaborate directly with founders and high-level executives.
