About the Role
The Strategy and Growth Consultant will join the Accenture Song practice based in Dublin, focusing on customer strategy and growth initiatives. Working as a key member of high-performing teams, you will drive large-scale transformation projects aiming to enhance customer experiences and develop sustainable client relationships by leveraging advanced technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in adopting a customer-centric approach and crafting compelling customer propositions.
- Redesign customer journeys with personalized, multichannel engagement strategies.
- Utilize customer data effectively to optimize interactions and engagement.
- Integrate physical and digital channels to offer seamless service experiences.
- Implement new technologies and platforms to transform business and operating models.
- Harness AI, automation, and emerging tech to innovate customer experiences and boost operational efficiency.
- Drive front-office operating model changes for both B2B and B2C organizations.
- Identify and develop growth opportunities while establishing clear strategic roadmaps.
- Design customer-facing offers, pricing strategies, and support digital transformation through business case development and value measurement.
- Lead delivery of AI-enabled customer engagement and personalization solutions.
- Apply design thinking to reshape customer-centric processes and introduce innovative ways of working.
- Facilitate design workshops and lead cross-functional teams throughout project lifecycles.
- Manage risks and engage with senior stakeholders effectively.
- Employ agile frameworks and methodologies in project delivery.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in designing and executing customer-impacting transformations or front-office operating model changes.
- Familiarity with AI, automation, personalization, or other emerging technologies applied to business transformation is advantageous.
- Certified or practiced in Design Thinking methodologies.
- Project Management and Agile Methodology certifications are preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in management consulting is highly valued.
