- Lead executive sessions, workshops, conferences, and customer events with insight and thought leadership.
- Support Solution Engineers and Account Teams by shaping strategic technical positioning and messaging.
- Strengthen outbound communication through reusable materials such as presentations, white papers, and social content.
- Bring customer and field perspectives into product strategy and roadmap decisions.
- Take part in Product Advisory Councils, proof-of-concept feedback discussions, and roadmap planning workshops.
- Translate long-range customer needs into a 2–4 year vision and communicate it clearly.
- Work with Product Marketing to improve messaging based on real field feedback.
- Coordinate global initiatives, knowledge sharing, and consolidated summaries of product feedback.
Reporting and Collaboration

- Collaborates with other Strategic Technology Executive peers worldwide.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 15 years of experience in technical sales leadership, field technology advocacy, or product strategy.
- Strong knowledge of cloud architecture across AWS, Azure, and GCP, along with data platforms, hybrid environments, and AI/ML use cases.
- Confident executive communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for both technical and business audiences.
- Proven ability to shape product direction using structured customer and field feedback.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with engineering, marketing, and sales teams.
- Demonstrated thought leadership through speaking engagements or published work.
Preferred Background
- A technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related discipline; a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Experience working in large global matrixed organizations in customer-facing strategic roles.
- Public cloud certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect or Azure Expert are preferred.
- Ability to support customer digital transformation and business outcomes using data and analytics.
What You’ll Gain
- The chance to influence Teradata’s future product direction.
- A platform to help drive innovation and elevate executive customer conversations.
- The opportunity to build a globally influential network and act as a change agent at the intersection of technology and business.
