Job description
Role overview
The Department of Children and Families is seeking a Strategic Partnerships and Growth professional to join the Contracting Services work unit. This role is focused on building productive stakeholder relationships, improving governance practices, strengthening contract management capability, and supporting compliance and assurance activities through analysis, reporting, and system administration.
The position may be located in Alice Springs, Darwin, Katherine, Tennant Creek, or Nhulunbuy, depending on agreement with the successful candidate.

- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.
- Support stronger governance and contract management capability across the work unit.
- Produce analytical reports to inform decision-making and improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in systems and processes.
- Oversee compliance, assurance, and contract management system administration.
