What you will do
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with partners across different sizes and parts of the ecosystem.
- Create and advance partner initiatives that cut across product areas and support wider Google objectives in fast-moving sectors.
- Lead complex commercial negotiations, including new partnerships and renewals or expansions of existing agreements, while building alignment with internal and external senior leaders.
- Act as the main relationship owner for current agreements and work to increase the long-term value delivered through those partnerships.
- Collaborate with multiple internal teams across regions to launch, improve, expand, and scale new features and user experiences in various markets and functions.
Minimum qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on professional experience.
- At least 10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking.
- Background in one or more of these sectors: Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology.
- Experience working with senior executives and partnering across all levels of an organization.
- Experience handling agreements or partnership arrangements.
Preferred qualifications
- A master’s degree or another advanced degree.
- Experience overseeing complex partnerships from start to finish.
- Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, evolving, and collaborative setting.
- Experience in partnerships or product management within an internet or technology company.
- Ability to spot business opportunities, evaluate commercial impact, structure agreements, and discuss terms with strategic partners.
- Strong communication, research, problem-solving, process navigation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Eligibility
Google will prioritize candidates who already have the legal right to work in Singapore and do not need visa sponsorship from Google.
