Role Overview

Join ASB in a senior strategic marketing position where you will lead marketing strategies for a significant product portfolio. Partner closely with the Brand & Marketing Leadership Team to influence the direction of the ASB brand. Reporting to the Practice Lead, you will serve as a trusted advisor to Tribe and business leaders, shaping initiatives that deliver clear customer and business results. This is a permanent full-time role based at our North Wharf building in Wynyard Quarter, Auckland.

Candidate Profile

• Over 10 years of advancing experience in strategic marketing leadership, preferably within financial services, technology, or other complex sectors.
• Demonstrated success in managing multifaceted marketing programs and senior stakeholder collaboration.
• Comprehensive expertise in brand, product marketing, campaign planning, digital marketing, content strategy, and performance enhancement.
• A creative visionary with a drive to produce distinctive, impactful marketing work.
• Strong commercial insight with a business-focused mindset, adept at linking marketing efforts to financial and growth targets.
• A committed team player dedicated to enterprise success and customer-centric outcomes.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation capabilities, with proficiency in navigating complex situations to influence decision-making.
