Role Summary
This position sits within the Finance team and acts as a strategic, financial, and operational partner to executives and business leaders across the business. The role is based at the New York City headquarters and reports to the VP of Finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the monthly financial reporting cycle, including variance analysis, leadership-ready summaries, and actionable insights for senior management.
- Drive quarterly forecasting and support annual budgeting across both revenue and expense lines.
- Create and update financial models used for scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and long-range strategy.
- Analyze studio-level profit and loss performance to spot patterns, risks, and opportunities early.
- Design KPI tracking structures and dashboards that help teams make better business decisions.
- Handle special strategic analyses and business case work to assess new initiatives and investment opportunities.
- Work closely with Analytics, Accounting, Marketing, Operations, and Executive stakeholders to keep planning and execution aligned.
- Support the VP of Finance in preparing quarterly Board presentations, including performance updates, key takeaways, and strategic recommendations.
- Convert complex financial information into practical recommendations that can be understood by non-finance audiences.
Qualifications
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, consulting, or FP&A.
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or economics is preferred.
- Strong intellectual curiosity and the ability to form thoughtful opinions on strategy, performance, and business initiatives.
- Comfort working in a fast-changing environment with flexibility and adaptability.
- Advanced Excel capability and strong financial modeling skills are essential.
- Strong PowerPoint skills, including experience building presentations for executive audiences.
- Familiarity with enterprise financial planning and accounting tools such as Hyperion, OneStream, JDE, or D365 is a plus.
- Experience in fitness, hospitality, or retail environments is an added advantage.

Compensation
The role offers a salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 per year.
