About Triomics
Triomics is pioneering AI infrastructure designed for modern oncology workflows. Across the United States, cancer care providers currently rely heavily on manual efforts by specialized personnel to analyze unstructured data from pathology reports, clinical notes, genomic panels, and scanned documents. Triomics automates this process with AI-driven agents integrated into clinical workflows, enabling real-time and scalable processing of medical records.
Our technology is trusted by several top-ranked cancer hospitals and large community oncology practices, with rapid growth processing millions of oncology medical documents monthly.
Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and own financial models, budgets, and forecasts that guide leadership and board-level decision-making.
- Lead scenario analysis concerning hiring strategies, cash burn, and runway projections during growth phases.
- Create and deliver comprehensive investor and board materials, ensuring full financial transparency and responsiveness.
- Manage all revenue operations involving diverse revenue streams, enterprise-level contracts, and multi-year agreements.
- Handle accounts receivable processes, including invoicing cycles, collections, and contract renewals to ensure reliable cash flow.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to refine deal structures, pricing policies, and revenue recognition methods.
- Establish scalable financial controls, monthly close procedures, cash management routines, and liaise with external accounting and tax partners.
- Develop meaningful KPIs and reporting frameworks that provide real-time insights into business health.
- Support cross-functional teams by providing financial context for strategic decisions such as hiring and pricing.
- Proactively identify risks and opportunities, proposing actionable plans and driving execution.
Measures of Success in the First 90 Days

- Implement consistent and predictable invoicing and collection processes with clear accounts receivable management.
- Achieve a clean, repeatable monthly close process.
- Produce board-ready reports with detailed knowledge of all financial aspects.
- Become a critical resource within leadership discussions by providing sharp, data-driven insights.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years experience at a Big Four accounting firm, plus at least 1 year in a high-impact finance position within a rapidly growing startup.
- Proven experience as an early finance team member, contributing to the scaling of a lean financial organization.
- Strong strategic finance skills including financial modeling, planning, and decision support.
- Operational expertise in revenue management covering complex contracts, multiple income streams, invoicing, collections, and renewals.
- A proactive and independent mentality, capable of identifying gaps and driving solutions without supervision.
- Facility to toggle quickly between high-level board discussions and detailed day-to-day operations.
- Residency in New York City with ability to work onsite in the office.
Preferred Attributes
- Previous experience in health technology sectors.
- Understanding of enterprise or healthcare-specific contracting and revenue recognition.
- Exposure to fundraising activities and financial due diligence.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent credentials.
- Experience implementing finance and billing software systems.
Compensation
The position offers a salary range between $160,000 and $210,000 annually.
