Role Summary

We invite applications for the position of Stores Person based in Dublin. As a Warehouse Manager, you will oversee purchasing and inventory control to ensure the availability and maintenance of equipment and materials. Your responsibilities will include stock management, calibration adherence, and safety compliance within our warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage receiving, internal transfer, and dispatch of warehouse materials with strict documentation and inventory system updates.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels of all related equipment, respecting established minimum and maximum limits.
• Ensure all equipment undergoes timely maintenance and calibration according to manufacturer guidelines and company policies.
• Adhere to Zero-Harm safety standards, including COSHH regulations and health and safety protocols during all warehouse operations.
• Provide excellent materials supply and availability reporting services to the service center, emphasizing coordination, quality assurance, and commercial insight.
• Operate within Quality, Environmental, Security, and Health & Safety frameworks such as ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO27001, including compliance with local protocols and site inductions.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrable experience in stores or stock control environments utilizing inventory management software.
• Educational qualifications including GCSE or equivalent certifications in English, Mathematics, and Sciences.
• Possession of a full, clean driving license and mandatory forklift license.
• Exemplary organizational skills combined with integrity and a customer-centric mindset.
• Flexible approach to working hours as required by operational demands.
