Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Storeperson to join our team in Onslow on a Fly-In Fly-Out (FIFO) roster of 8 days on/6 days off during the day shift and 7 nights on/7 nights off during the night shift. This is a full-time, permanent role offering competitive remuneration and multiple employment benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately receive, store, and issue materials, parts, and equipment ensuring operational efficiency.
• Maintain optimal stock levels and collaborate with procurement to guarantee the availability of essential items.
• Perform regular inventories and stocktakes, ensuring detailed and accurate record-keeping.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery in a safe manner.
• Conduct quality inspections of incoming goods, verify compliance with workplace health and safety (WHS) standards, and enforce safe work procedures.
• Provide prompt material and equipment support to workshop and onsite teams.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and material transportation as necessary.
• Keep storage areas tidy, organized, and secure, promoting a safe working environment.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of five years’ experience in a comparable storeperson or warehouse role.
• Possession of a current HR (Heavy Rigid) driver's license with manual vehicle driving experience.
• Licenses including Heavy Rigid Work License (HRWL) for Dangerous Goods (DG), Rigid Body (RB), and Load Forklift (LF).
• Construction Induction Card.
• Desirable certifications include Working at Heights, Confined Space Entry, and Gas Testing qualifications.
