As the business continues to expand, it is looking for a trustworthy Storekeeper to strengthen warehouse and inventory support.

Role Overview

This position calls for a careful and dependable Storekeeper who can manage warehouse activity, keep inventory records accurate, and support smooth stock handling. The role is central to daily distribution work and ensures that products are stored, moved, and dispatched in line with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Accept deliveries, check the goods received, and confirm they match purchase orders and accompanying delivery paperwork.
• Arrange products in the warehouse correctly and follow FIFO/FEFO rules for stock rotation.
• Keep inventory records up to date and record stock changes in the ERP or inventory platform.
• Perform routine stock counts and support scheduled inventory audits.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for outgoing dispatch.
• Watch stock availability and work with internal teams on replenishment needs.
• Monitor batch codes and expiry dates, and flag any slow-moving or close-to-expiry items.
• Keep the warehouse tidy, well-organized, and safe at all times.
• Follow all applicable food safety, health, and workplace safety rules.
• Handle warehouse documents such as GRNs, delivery notes, stock transfer records, and return paperwork.
• Protect inventory from loss, damage, and unauthorized removal.

Requirements

• Between 2 and 4 years of experience in a Storekeeper, Warehouse Assistant, or similar position.
• Prior exposure to FMCG, food and beverage, retail, or distribution operations is preferred.
• Solid knowledge of inventory control, warehouse handling, and stock rotation practices.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems or other inventory management tools.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel for stock tracking and reporting.
• Understanding of food safety and storage requirements will be an added advantage.
• Good English communication skills.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organizational ability.
• Physically fit and able to work in a warehouse setting.
• Must currently be based in the UAE.
• A UAE driving licence and/or forklift licence will be considered an advantage.
