Storekeeper (Hinakyah - Baidah nathil)

Role Overview

Saudi Services For Electro Mechanic Works Co. SSEM is hiring a Storekeeper for its Hail Region operations. The role focuses on managing warehouse inventory accurately, handling incoming and outgoing materials, and keeping stock records updated and well organized.

Core Duties

• Accept deliveries of materials and supplies, then check them against purchase orders and invoices to confirm they match.
• Log all received items in the approved inventory platform and prepare stock cards where needed.
• Store materials in a neat, safe, and accessible way so items can be retrieved without difficulty.
• Release materials only against authorized department requests and keep a clear record of every issue.
• Track inventory levels closely and notify management when replenishment is needed.
• Carry out routine physical stock checks and compare the findings with system records to identify differences.
• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment while following required safety practices.
• Compile regular updates on stock movement and any observations related to warehouse operations.
• Work with the Procurement and Finance teams to keep documentation and related records current.
• Ensure all inventory files and supporting documents are properly filed and easy to access.
• Use ERP tools for receiving, issuing, and reporting activities.

Additional Requirements

Candidates should have prior experience working with ERP systems, especially for receiving goods, issuing materials, and preparing reports.

Work Environment

This is a full-time onsite position based in the Hail Region.
