About the Role
This is a full-time permanent opportunity for an experienced, motivated and well-organised Store Person / Delivery Driver to join the Woolgoolga team in a hands-on role. The position combines deliveries, store support and customer service in a fast-paced, community-oriented environment.
You will be delivering rural products to local farms, contributing to store operations and developing trusted relationships with customers throughout the region. Saturday availability is required as part of the roster.
Key Duties
- Accept incoming goods, unload stock and store it safely and correctly.
- Keep the warehouse tidy, secure and compliant with WHS expectations.
- Transport rural supplies to farms and nearby businesses in a safe and dependable manner.
- Use rural road knowledge to complete deliveries accurately and on time.
- Support rural retail activities such as sales, merchandising and yard operations.
- Provide courteous, solution-oriented service at the counter, on the road and in the yard.

What You Need
- A current clean heavy vehicle licence, with a minimum requirement of MR class.
- A forklift licence, which is mandatory.
- Prior experience in warehousing, delivery driving or rural retail.
- A strong commitment to safety and working knowledge of WHS and traffic regulations.
- Familiarity with local roads and rural delivery routes.
- The physical ability to complete manual handling tasks safely.
- Clear communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Good organisation, attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Ability to work cooperatively in a small, close-knit team.
- Willingness to work Saturdays on a rotating roster.
