Job description
Role Overview
Our client is a well-established luxury fashion retailer delivering a refined customer journey and a high-end store atmosphere. They are hiring a Store Operations Coordinator to keep day-to-day store activities running smoothly, maintain an orderly back-of-house and sales floor, and ensure service and presentation standards remain aligned with the brand.
Core Responsibilities
- Ensure the store remains fully stocked, neatly organized, and presented to a premium visual standard.
- Handle inventory workflows such as goods receiving, product tagging, inter-store transfers, and stockroom upkeep.
- Help reduce shrinkage by managing stock carefully and staying alert to security and loss-prevention practices.
- Work closely with the sales team so products are replenished promptly and customer demand is supported.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and luxury-appropriate store environment at all times.
- Provide operational support behind the scenes during busy trading periods and special events.
- Use inventory systems accurately to process and track store operations.
- Flag any system errors, stock mismatches, or operational concerns to management without delay.
- Coordinate with store leaders and other teams to execute operational improvements and store processes.
- Take part in training activities and contribute to ongoing process and service improvement.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in retail operations, ideally within luxury or premium retail.
- Strong planning and organizational ability with careful attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing several tasks and priorities in a busy, fast-moving environment.
- Exposure to retail inventory systems is an advantage.
- Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and longer shifts when required.
