Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager to lead and inspire the team at our Lyall Bay location. This leadership role encompasses full responsibility for the store’s performance, including driving sales, coaching staff, and enhancing the Skechers brand presence across the region.

Responsibilities

• Experience comprehensive accountability for the store’s business outcomes, treating the store as your own venture.
• Work closely with the retail leadership group to boost results and foster team development.
• Drive sales through direct customer engagement and by cultivating exceptional shopping experiences.
• Coach, mentor, and inspire a high-performing, energetic team culture.
• Oversee store operations such as visual merchandising, stock management, wage control, and shrinkage prevention.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols to maintain a secure workplace.
• Provide weekly reports summarizing business performance and growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Store Manager or senior retail leader with strong sales and team management skills.
• Self-driven with the autonomy to make impactful decisions in-store.
• Adaptable with a growth mindset, eager to seek feedback and advance professionally.
