Store Manager / Store Supervisor - Qassim Region

Position Overview

Join adidas as a Store Manager or Store Supervisor based in Qassim, Saudi Arabia, contributing to retail sales operations in emerging markets. This role involves directly reporting to the store manager and engaging in delivering exceptional consumer experiences and operational excellence within the store environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and achieve individual targets by proactively utilizing all in-store resources.
• Build strong connections with customers to promote adidas brand values passionately.
• Deliver excellent customer service and fulfill sales responsibilities, ensuring adherence to professional standards.
• Stay informed about store sales KPIs and actively contribute toward meeting or surpassing them.
• Promote a positive customer shopping experience through consistent execution of visual merchandising and marketing standards.
• Maintain a safe and secure retail environment by following organizational policies and procedures.
• Manage merchandise delivery and stock replenishment to keep products continuously available on the sales floor.
• Efficiently complete sales transactions while complying with cash handling and protection protocols.
• Maximize add-on sales and foster customer loyalty through expert selling at the checkout.
• Minimize product loss in both stockroom and shop floor areas.
• Collaborate cooperatively with colleagues and supervisors to foster an inclusive and engaging work environment.
• Continuously seek professional development opportunities through training and coaching to enhance personal and store performance.

Candidate Requirements

• Recent graduates or candidates with up to one year of sales experience, ideally in sports or fashion retail sectors.
• Fluency in Arabic for sales roles, including strong spoken and written communication.
• For store management positions, two years of supervisory experience in retail stores is required.
• English language skills expected for store managerial roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Basic literacy, numeracy, and verbal communication competencies.

• Direct reporting to Store Manager; no staff reporting at some sales roles.
