Store Manager - Quick Commerce

Role Overview

As a Store Manager for Quick Commerce at SuperK, you will oversee all daily operations to ensure the store runs efficiently while maximizing customer satisfaction. Your primary focus will be managing fulfillment processes for the Food category, including FMCG, Staples, and Fresh items, to maintain quick order processing and timely dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store functions optimizing resources and elevating customer experience.
• Enhance order fulfillment efficiency for food items ensuring a high pick rate and prompt dispatches.
• Handle inventory control by placing orders, receiving stock, organizing products, and maintaining appropriate inventory levels.
• Lead and motivate retail staff to meet both individual and team performance goals effectively.
• Enforce strict quality, hygiene, and freshness standards, with particular attention to perishable goods.
• Monitor and minimize shrinkage, damages, and losses due to expiry.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators such as fill rate, order accuracy, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 2 to 5 years of experience in retail or a relevant domain, preferably within the FMCG sector.
• Demonstrate strong expertise in retail operations, supply chain dynamics, and leadership skills.
• Show proven capability in guiding teams to achieve set business targets.
• Exhibit excellent communication abilities and work well independently as well as collaboratively with senior leadership.

Eligibility

Open to candidates who have completed any graduate degree.
