Role Overview

As a Store Manager, you will lead your team in delivering an exceptional shopping experience. You will be responsible for day-to-day store operations, driving sales, managing staff development, and maintaining high standards in all aspects of the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee smooth daily store operations ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Train, mentor, and develop team members to prepare future store leaders.
• Maintain excellent store cleanliness and safety standards.
• Manage inventory control and minimise stock losses.
• Participate hands-on by assisting with cashier duties, shelf stocking, and merchandising special deals.
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance store performance.
• Efficiently allocate resources to meet targets without sacrificing quality.
• Conduct interviews to help select suitable new team members alongside the Area Manager.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging from $114,188 to $131,171 annually, inclusive of superannuation and estimated bonuses.
