Position Overview
The Store Manager role in Munich focuses on operating a Venchi retail store in Germany. The position emphasizes driving sales results, leading and developing the team, and maintaining superior customer service standards. This expanding retail channel offers a platform for professional growth in a premium international setting.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee the store's profit and loss management.
- Lead, inspire, and develop store staff by managing shifts, training, and evaluating performance.
- Ensure outstanding customer experiences and promote retail sales.
- Track and analyze retail key performance indicators, including revenue, conversion rate, and average transaction value.
- Organize shift schedules, holiday plans, and daily operational tasks.
- Manage inventory, warehouse operations, and stock control.
- Apply visual merchandising standards effectively.
- Collaborate closely with the Cluster Manager to meet store objectives.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of two years' experience as a Store or Retail Manager.
- Proven expertise in managing and developing retail teams.
- Strong skills in monitoring KPIs and driving sales results.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Fluency in both English and German languages.
- Background in food retail, gelato, chocolate, or the hospitality sector (horeca).
- Experience operating in international retail environments is preferred.
