Store Manager - Luxury Fragrance Retail

About the Role

We are looking for a Store Manager to lead a luxury fragrance retail boutique in Saudi Arabia. This position entails spearheading a high-performing sales team and embodying a premium brand experience in a key retail market. The role requires Saudi nationals only.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of achieving store sales targets through data-driven strategies.
• Establish and monitor individual sales objectives for Fragrance Consultants.
• Provide coaching on fragrance knowledge and product understanding to enhance customer interactions.
• Maintain a visible, hands-on presence on the sales floor to engage customers directly.
• Manage client relationships, handle escalations, and foster repeat business by leveraging the client database.
• Oversee operational tasks including staff scheduling, cash management, inventory control, and loss prevention.
• Ensure that the store’s visual merchandising adheres strictly to brand guidelines.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development of staff with continuous performance evaluations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail management or supervisory roles, preferably within luxury or premium sectors such as fragrances, beauty, or fashion.
• Willingness to work six days a week with rotational shifts covering mornings and evenings.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and skill in motivating a sales team.
• Proficient in handling cash processes, inventory management, and overall store operations.
• Fluent in Arabic with a good command of English.
