Overview

Role Summary

As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for designing attractive product displays, motivating your team, and cultivating a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

Key Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience in fast-paced retail, hospitality, or customer service settings, with a willingness to expand product knowledge and grow professionally.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Competence in administrative duties such as payroll management, staff rostering, liquor stock control, and maintaining an organized store layout.
  • Strong motivation to achieve sales targets and contribute to the store’s growth.
  • Possession of a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification, or readiness to obtain one.
