Role Overview
As the Store Manager for our newly reopened Cotton On Kids Sylvia Park location, you will lead your team in providing exceptional customer experiences and meeting store business goals. This leadership role requires cultivating a customer-focused and motivated team while driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion a culture that unites your team as dedicated product and brand ambassadors.
- Empower and guide the Store Management team to prioritize customers, team wellbeing, and achieving targets.
- Coach staff to deliver multiple impactful brand interactions, ensuring seamless shopping experiences.
- Assess individual development needs and stimulate engagement to promote wellness and team performance.
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising and Merchandising partners to leverage customer and store data for business improvement.
- Efficiently manage store labor schedules and payroll to meet productivity and wage goals.
- Promote and lead initiatives supporting the Cotton On Group Foundation, enabling your team to contribute meaningfully to global projects.
