About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Store Manager to lead the team at our Cork Patrick Street location on a 12-month fixed term contract. As a key representative of the brand, you will be responsible for the store’s overall commercial performance, overseeing the assistant manager, supervisors, and sales assistants to create memorable experiences for customers through exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Motivate and support the in-store team daily to meet and exceed sales targets, maximizing opportunities to achieve KPIs.
- Maintain a strong retail floor presence, ensure excellent customer service, and manage back-of-house operations effectively to drive sales success.
- Become a product expert on our handcrafted luxury jewellery through comprehensive training and guide the team to reach their full potential with support from the regional sales manager.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be a capable leader and team player passionate about delivering an outstanding in-store experience. Previous experience in leadership roles within reputable retail or consumer brands is preferred. Candidates currently working as senior supervisors or assistant managers seeking advancement are encouraged to apply.
