Role Overview
We are seeking a Store Manager to lead the restaurant team, ensuring outstanding customer service and consistent product quality. You will oversee recruitment, training, and team management to sustain the revered reputation of Chargrill Charlie's. This role encompasses managing all aspects of restaurant operations and financial performance, including sales, food costs, labor expenses, and other controllable factors. Your leadership will foster a culture of excellence within the store.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire all restaurant staff to deliver superior customer experience and product standards.
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor team members to meet business needs.
- Manage store operations to achieve profitability targets, including monitoring sales, food cost, labor, and expenses.
- Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance.
- Handle guest concerns with empathy and effective communication.
Candidate Profile
- Prior leadership experience in a team management role, especially within hospitality.
- Reliable and able to lead by example, serving as a role model within the team.
- Strong communication skills for delegating tasks and resolving issues.
- Understanding of hospitality industry dynamics and customer service standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office to assist in operational and reporting duties.
