Position Overview

We are looking for an accomplished Store Manager to lead our Wilton Shopping Centre location in Cork. The ideal candidate will possess strong retail management expertise and excellent communication skills, enjoying the opportunity to coach, mentor, and lead their team towards continuous improvement while meeting and exceeding store key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct the overall operations and performance of the store.
• Achieve all agreed store KPIs consistently.
• Maintain a culture that prioritizes exceptional customer service.
• Plan, prioritize, and delegate workloads to optimize team efficiency.
• Manage recruitment, scheduling, and performance appraisal of staff.
• Cultivate an environment of ongoing improvement within the team.
• Ensure the store upholds high standards for cleanliness, merchandising, health, and safety compliance.
• Implement effective product merchandising and displays.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive annual salary up to €37,440, negotiable based on experience.
