Key Responsibilities

• Oversee overall store operations including managing inventory, visual merchandising, and controlling stock levels.
• Drive retail sales by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective strategies to boost revenue.
• Maintain strong communication among team members, customers, and stakeholders to foster a positive shopping atmosphere.
• Perform periodic audits to ensure adherence to company policies and protocols.
• Utilize sales data analytics to optimize product mix, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess 4 to 9 years of experience in the apparel retail industry or related retail operations.
• Solid understanding of current fashion trends, consumer behaviors, and marketplace dynamics.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to inspire and guide teams toward meeting targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for reporting and data analysis.
• Age should not exceed 40 years.
