Store Keeper - Heavy Machinery Spare Parts

Role Overview

The company is seeking a seasoned Store Keeper with proven exposure to heavy machinery spare parts to join the team in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Accept, check, and log incoming spare parts and related materials.
• Keep inventory data accurate by using ERP or other stock control systems.
• Release spare parts to the maintenance team and maintain clear issue records.
• Track inventory levels and work with procurement to restock items when needed.
• Keep the store/warehouse arranged for smooth storage, access, and retrieval.
• Carry out periodic stock counts and resolve any differences in inventory records.
• Follow the company’s safety and housekeeping requirements at all times.
• Compile stock movement and inventory reports whenever required.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of UAE experience in a storekeeping role dealing with heavy machinery spare parts.
• Working knowledge of spare parts for construction, earthmoving, or heavy equipment.
• Hands-on experience with ERP or inventory management software.
• Well-developed organizational abilities and attention to record accuracy.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
