About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated team member eager to grow through commitment and hard work as a Store Incharge. This position requires managing various store operations and ensuring smooth daily functioning.

Key Responsibilities

Manage counter sales effectively.
Verify that samples correspond accurately to available stock and handle creation or repair of samples.
Perform data entry for merchandise tracking.
Monitor daily stock requirements and maintain updated inventory records.
Handle receiving, sending deliveries, and manage packing or unpacking of stock.
Welcome and assist customers during visits, recommending suitable upselling options.

Required Skills and Experience

Proven prior experience in sales is essential.
Flexibility to undertake field visits as necessary.
Proficient in organizational tools such as Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
Capability to lift weights of 23 kilograms or more, aligned with industry needs.
Strong verbal communication abilities.
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective teamwork and collaboration skills.
Excellent customer service aptitude.
Ability to function efficiently under pressure and adhere to deadlines.
Maintain housekeeping standards within the store.
