Store Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a Store Executive / Store In-charge for a mechanical manufacturing company specializing in sheet metal working and elevator lift components. The position is located in Khed Shivapur, Velu Phata, Pune, Maharashtra, and reports directly to the Plant Head.

Core Responsibilities

• Check and verify incoming mechanical parts, raw materials, and consumables against purchase orders and delivery documents, performing quality inspections for damages or discrepancies in quantities.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile stock through regular physical and cycle counts.
• Issue raw materials and engineering spare parts to production or maintenance teams based strictly on authorized Material Requisition Slips.
• Generate Goods Receipt Notes and maintain detailed records of material movements within the ERP system.
• Apply scientific storage methods such as FIFO and FEFO to preserve materials, ensuring heavy mechanical parts are stored with rust protection and proper labeling.
• Comply with 5S methodology and safety protocols, assisting in both internal and external audits by providing clear traceability and documentation.
