About the Company
Lamfare India Pvt. Ltd. (Madhuram) is an expanding South Indian restaurant chain dedicated to providing authentic flavors coupled with outstanding customer service. The company is currently seeking a diligent and proactive Store Executive to manage daily store operations and ensure seamless functioning.
Eligibility Criteria
- Age between 20 and 26 years
- Education: Degree in Hotel Management or any other discipline
- Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply
Shift Timings
- Morning shift: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Evening shift: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor daily store stock and inventory levels
- Verify and ensure accuracy of supplier bills and invoices
- Oversee daily cash collections and UPI payment transactions
- Ensure proper billing documentation and reconcile cash balances
- Supervise store staff attendance and daily operational activities
- Coordinate workflow between kitchen and management teams
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback on online platforms
- Engage directly with customers to foster positive dining experiences
- Address and resolve customer complaints from delivery platforms professionally
- Coordinate with delivery partners as necessary
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and adherence to company standards
- Prepare daily operational reports and communicate critical information to management
