Role overview

This position sits at the centre of the store’s daily activity, helping ensure operations stay smooth and customers receive a positive shopping experience. You’ll move between tasks such as accepting deliveries, replenishing stock, supporting shoppers, and keeping the store environment inviting. The team works in a busy, collaborative setting where every person plays a part in maintaining high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver helpful and efficient service to customers in a friendly manner.
• Replenish shelves, monitor product condition, and uphold strong presentation and merchandising standards.
• Carry out till transactions accurately and without delay.

Skills and experience

• A warm, approachable manner and a willingness to help both shoppers and colleagues.
• Comfort with an active role that involves staying busy and being on your feet for most of the shift.
• A dependable, adaptable approach and a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting.
• Confidence with numbers and basic point-of-sale/till work.
• Retail background is beneficial, but not required; attitude and teamwork are the priority.
