The role supports a high-precision optical systems business with more than seven decades of focus on innovation, quality, and dependable performance. This is an immediate opening for someone who can help keep materials organized, accurate, and ready for production use.

What you will do

  • Keep stockroom areas neatly arranged and clearly labeled so items can be found quickly and inventory remains controlled.
  • Provide materials and components to production teams based on work orders, production plans, and material requests.
  • Take part in routine inventory checks and cycle counts to help maintain accurate system balances.

  • Maintain a clean and safe stockroom while working in line with company standards for handling and storing materials.

Required qualifications

The ideal candidate brings 2 to 3+ years of experience in a stockroom, warehouse, inventory, or materials-handling environment. Experience in receiving, storing, and issuing materials within a manufacturing or production setting is required, along with solid computer skills for entering transactions into inventory or ERP systems. Strong accuracy, good judgment, and attention to detail are important, as is the ability to lift and move materials safely and use material-handling equipment when needed. Candidates should also be well organized, comfortable supporting production in a fast-paced operation, and familiar with complying with the Occupational Health & Safety Act and internal EHS policies. A strong fit with Raytheon ELCAN’s values of respect, trust, and teamwork is also expected.

Preferred experience

Experience with inventory management platforms, barcoding, or material tracking tools would be an advantage.
