Key Responsibilities

• Collect carts from various store locations using Walmart-approved procedures and complete required logs.
• Quickly respond to cashier requests and assist customers with carrying items, verifying purchases as needed.
• Perform occasional restroom cleaning and maintenance following safety protocols, chemical handling, and power equipment inspections.
• Comply with safety and emergency procedures, including hazardous communication, lockout/tagout, and bloodborne pathogen guidelines.
• Maintain the Cart Retrieval Log at the Customer Service Desk.
• Ensure a safe and hazard-free work environment by adhering to company policies.
• Wear protective gear such as steel-toe footwear and reflective vests during cart collection for safety and visibility.
• Conduct periodic safety sweeps as required.

Compensation

The starting wage for this position is $17.75 per hour.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
